Proven binders for heavyly loaded roads
The increasing traffic on roads requests higher demands on the road construction. VILLABIT ® a polymer modified binder features by modification of bitumen with thermoplastic elastomers(SBS) improofed properties compared to usual roadbituminas. Asphalts produced with it show improved useful properties:
- pushing resistance against lane grooves
- characteristic in cold (lesser cracks)
- characteristic against fatigue
- characteristic against deteriration
Asphaltconcrete:
Traditionell and proven asphaltlayers for road surface, asphalt covers on roads and bridges
Splitmastixasphalt:
Especially long lasting and pushing resitant coverlayer. The polymer modified binder in the asphalt mixture is stabilised by adding of fibres (e.g. cellulosefibers).
Drainasphalt:
Open-pored toplayer with draining effect for rainfall. Charactrised by lessening noise.
Thin layers covers:
Covers up to 20 mm thickness. Are used for reestablishing grip and eveness of roadsurfaces.
Special durable load bearing layers:
As heaviest loads are effective in the loadbearing layers of asphaltconstructions, for permanent push safe roads it is therefore extremly necessary to use polymere modified bitumen.
